Personal Callers
The Bureau operates an appointments system, as well as a drop in service for clients with emergency issues like domestic violence, repossession or cessation of benefits.

Clients who do not have an appointment will be given a ‘gateway interview’ which is a short discussion with an adviser who will obtain basic details about your enquiry or problem.
Depending on the urgency and complexity of your enquiry you may :
- be asked to wait to see another adviser who will be able to spend longer with you , or
- be given the next available appointment to return at a later date.
